Just compare yourself from yesterday to today. Spend more time in your relatives than yesterday. Eat healthy and experience better than yesterday. Learn more about your dreams, skills, job, etc. and about money than yesterday.

Learn and Love more about yourself and whichever  God you believe in, than yes____
